Project Overview

The Projects Team at Nedlands Group was thrilled to be involved in the design of this incredible project.

We began collaborating with the design team early last year, working closely to select lighting fittings for every room—ensuring each choice was tailored for both aesthetics and functionality.

As with any dynamic project, adjustments were made throughout the process to meet the evolving needs and preferences of the client, all while remaining within budget and meeting lead time expectations.

The lighting solutions we provided include our 7-year onsite warranty Highbay lights in the warehouses, paired with HB sensors to reduce energy usage when spaces are unoccupied. We also supplied SWL wall lights for a blend of function and visual appeal, COB downlights, various LED strip lights and extrusions, bunker lights, linear light fittings, battens, exit boxes, emergency spitfires, and custom-made strips and canopy lights, among others.

It was an honour to collaborate with MKM’s design team and Tony de Beer Electrical in delivering this outstanding project.
