Our Projects Team partnered with First One Developments on this boutique commercial development in Neerabup.For this project, the following lighting solutions were implemented:
Car Park: Wall- and pole-mounted ST-90W-CW-B 90W streetlights, providing effective illumination with minimal light spill.
Warehouses: HB120-200W multi-wattage high bays with integrated smart sensors for daylight harvesting and motion detection – contributing valuable Green Star points.
Internal Areas: A mix of downlights, battens, and panels, complemented by a comprehensive exit and emergency lighting system.
