Project Overview
iCollege is located in the Bayswater, WA. This was an exciting yet challenging project for all involved. Built Ink, a valued client, partnered with us in the design phase, with a brief to enhance and completely revolutionise the look and feel of the building. Lighting was just one of many facets to the project, however very important.
Our project lighting team completed a full lighting design and simulation for the project, utilising a wide range of luminaires. These included anti-glare LED COB downlights, linear LED suspended, feature strip, exit and emergency lighting. We also supplied external façade and commercial kitchen lighting solutions.
The Outcome
We are very proud of the outcome on this project, as our client Built Ink achieved the 2021 Master Buliders Association of Western Australia Excellence in Construction Award for Best Refurbishment for the SERO Institute Building in Bayswater.
